Marta Burza – President of the Foundation
A lecturer in Polish as a foreign language, she graduated in Indology and Turkology from the Jagiellonian University, completed postgraduate studies in Humanitarian Aid at the University of Warsaw, and completed postgraduate studies in Teaching Polish as a Foreign and Second Language at the Pedagogical University of Krakow. She has experience working with individuals with refugee experience – both as a lecturer and a reporter. She has served as a correspondent in Greek refugee camps, participated in journalism projects on broadly defined migration issues, and completed an investigative journalism course at the Central European University. She is currently training in neurolinguistic coaching.

Ewelina Laprus – Board Member
She holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies, specializing in Russian Studies, from the Jagiellonian University. She also completed postgraduate studies in Humanitarian Aid at the University of Warsaw. She speaks fluent Russian, English, and Hebrew and has conversational Ukrainian. She is intensively involved in helping war refugees and works to integrate foreigners and Poles of all ages. She provides administrative and marketing support (writing and coordinating projects, running SM, and preparing promotional materials) to various non-governmental organizations in Krakow offering assistance and shelter to refugees from Ukraine. She has also worked in the tourism industry for many years as an organizer, tour guide, and tour guide.

Beata Burza – Board Member
A graduate of the Institute of Social Studies at the Pedagogical University of Krakow, she holds degrees in social work and family assistant. She is also a tourism services technician. In the past has worked at a Krakow travel agency and as a tour guide in Krakow with German.
